Just b is the newest Mindful Marauder, although
keen eyes might see he has been around forever!

Just b is his nickname, because when he was growing up everyone
around him was very impatient and would shout "JUST BE" at him all the time!
So much so that eventually even he sadly forgot his real name.

Just b actually works really, really hard to "just be" and learning mindfulness has

been his secret ambition for a long time.  (It turns out he was so scared of getting

things wrong however that he would just pretend he wasn't interested in learning new things.)

Just b's nervous system has a tendency toward 'FIGHT' and he is very quick to get

cross in order to cover up his many fears. Try not to let that scare you off though, as

underneath he is is a very sweet, vulnerable soul who wants to be loved just as we all do.

Please treat him with the same kindness and compassion as all the others.
